Community Guidelines
Last updated · 28 July 2026
Network-Networth is a professional network for entrepreneurs — people meet here to find clients, partners, investors, and collaborators. These Guidelines set the line for everyone. They form part of our Terms of Service, and breaking them can cost you your account.
Network-Networth is for adults. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. We remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
1. Prohibited content and behaviour
Do not post, send, or display any of the following — in your profile, your messages, or any community, event, or organization you run:
- Hate speech and slurs. Attacks, slurs, or dehumanising language directed at people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Harassment, bullying, and threats. Targeted abuse, intimidation, stalking, threats of violence, or encouraging others to pile on. This includes contacting someone who has blocked you through another account.
- Self-harm and suicide content. Encouraging, instructing, or telling anyone to hurt or kill themselves.
- Sexual content and solicitation. Pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual advances toward people who have not invited them, and any sexual content involving minors — which we report to the authorities.
- Spam and scams. Bulk or repetitive messaging, engagement bait, pyramid and MLM recruitment, fake investment or “guaranteed returns” pitches, phishing, and links to malware.
- Impersonation and deception. Pretending to be another person, company, or organization, faking credentials or affiliations, or running multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
- Illegal goods and activity. Offering drugs, weapons, stolen data or goods, counterfeit items, or any other unlawful product or service.
- Privacy violations. Posting someone else’s personal information — home address, phone number, financial details, identity documents — without their consent, or scraping and reselling member data.
- Platform abuse. Probing or bypassing our security or rate limits, automating access, or attempting to reach accounts and data that are not yours.
We also run an automated filter on profile text, messages, and community, event, and organization descriptions. It rejects the most severe slurs and self-harm phrases at the point of writing. Passing the filter does not mean content is allowed — the Guidelines above are the standard, and a human review can still act on anything that clears it.
2. Location and safety
The map is opt-in, and other members only ever see an approximate position — never your exact coordinates. Even so, treat meeting people from the internet with normal caution: meet in public for a first meeting, tell someone where you are going, and do not send money to people you have not verified. If you can, keep early conversations in the app so there is a record.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Network-Networth cannot dispatch help.
3. Reporting and blocking
- Report — the ⋯ menu on a profile, map card, or chat header, or a long-press on a message. Choose a reason: Spam, Harassment or bullying, Inappropriate content, Impersonation, or Other. You can add detail, which helps a lot.
- Block — the same menu. A blocked person disappears from your map, search results, and connection lists, cannot message you, and cannot send you a connection request. They are not told that you blocked them. Manage the list under Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
Reports go to a monitored moderation queue. Do not file false reports to harass someone — that is itself a violation.
4. How we enforce
We review reports and act typically within 72 hours. Depending on severity and history, we may:
- Remove the offending content
- Issue a warning
- Limit account features
- Suspend the account
- Permanently ban the account, and block re-registration
Severe violations — sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, and coordinated scams — are removed on first offence with no warning, and reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
5. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, email info@networthk.com with the subject “Appeal”, from the address on the account. Tell us what was removed or restricted and why you think it was a mistake. We will review it and reply.
6. Changes
We may update these Guidelines as the community grows or new kinds of abuse appear. We revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app.
