Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Network-Networth account and exactly what happens to your data. It applies to the Network-Networth mobile app (package com.lockedin.app).

1. Delete from inside the app

The fastest route, and the one we recommend:

• Open Network-Networth and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email info@networthk.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address before we act. We action verified requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login credentials and email address
• Your profile — name, username, headline, bio, skills, goals, city and country, phone number, date of birth, links, and profile photo
• Your stored location and map visibility setting
• Your connections and pending connection requests
• Your community memberships and event RSVPs
• Your blocked-users list
• Your push-notification tokens
• Images you uploaded (profile photo and any organization media you own)
• Reports you filed about other users

4. What remains, and why

• Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to. They are part of the other person’s conversation history, so we do not delete their copy. Your name, username, and photo are removed from those messages — they show only as “Deleted user”, and the conversation becomes read-only.
• Moderation actions already taken — for example a removal or suspension applied to another account — are not reversed by your deletion. (Reports you filed are themselves deleted along with your account.)
• Records we must keep by law — for example payment and tax records for any organizer promotion you purchased — are retained for the period the applicable law requires, then deleted.
• Encrypted backups may hold residual copies for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten on their normal rotation.

5. This cannot be undone

There is no recovery or grace period. Signing up again later creates a new, empty account — your previous profile, connections, and conversations are not restored, and your old username may no longer be available.
